The Nutrient - Skin Link…You Are on the Outside What You Put on the Inside!
by Michelle D'Allaird-Brenner

4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The inner-outer body connection is well documented. The physical, emotional and psychological conditions of the human body influence not only the inner functioning of the body, but its outer appearance as well. This lecture focuses on a variety of nutrients, eating habits and food categories and how they influence the condition of the skin. As a skin care professional, the ability to improve the condition of client's skin lies not only in our products and treatments; but in the knowledge you posses to identify influencing factors, and most importantly, nutrition and lifestyle.
